On the 25th of March we had our final walk through of the house before we went to sign the papers to buy our house. When we were walking through we turned on the water heater, but the water never warmed up while we were there. Well we thought that it might be slow so we left it and the realtor said he would come back and check it. When he came back it was still not working. So they had to call a electrician to come and look at it. Well he was late and to make a long story short we had no where to sleep that night. The next day every thing was up and working, or so we thought. We moved in and then when we woke up Friday we had no hot water. Come to find out we had a bad element.
